- Take That
- Spice Girls
- Backstreet Boys

Anymore? The only ones missing are N’Sync, A1 and 5ive.

  1. Well, Backstreet Boys are better than anyone you have just mentioned, I like their songs, they have a new song out now, I think it is really good. I also bought their 3 albums. B.B. have never split up, they were just on holiday.

  2. Well, how could you forget your favourite group of all time – Steps?!!! The world *needs* them back. And how about New Kids On The Block? LMAO.

As for 5ive, I think they actually tried a comeback in 2006, but it errrr… didn’t go too well ;-) And A1, haven’t heard isn’t Christian too successful in Norway to bother with A1 anymore?

Other manufactured bands from the past…

East 17 – failing at a comeback right now, I think. And, Boys II Men were on X Factor on Sat… not sure if that means they’re “back”.

Maybe people would also love to see some of these come back: Brother Beyond (so successful, you might never have heard of them!); 911; 3T; Blazin’ Squad; Hanson; Scooch (Eurovision this year); Five Star; Busted.

  6. None of us mentioned Wham! cause Wham! wasn’t a manufactured band. Neither was Duran Duran and Spandau Ballet. ;)

As for the other load of crap… Christian from A1 has, to be fair, been so successful in Norway that I’ve no idea what he’s done. He’s released a religious album now, following in his daddy’s footsteps; the most famous musician in the 70s in Norway.

Hanson had a mini-try at a comeback. No long hair anymore when I saw them on Loose Women. Didn’t see much of’em afterwards tho. lol. All his manufactured crap should be dead and buried in the past where we can spite them. lol.

  7. I know all of that, Duran Duran are cool as well as S.B, not to mention Wham, I was only jocking lol. These bands were not manufactured, this is a fact! You forgot Eternal, S-Club7 in the manufactured ones.

  11. Talking of 5ive, in breaking news… “J” from 5ive will be in the new UK series of I’m A Celebrity (Get Me Out Of Here), which starts next Monday (12 Nov).

Pop fans will remember that another former boyband member (Matt from Busted) won the show last year. So, 5ive fans will need to get voting to uphold the honour of their man ;-)
